2012 goals

As I have mentioned, this journey is about a lot more than weight loss. Here are some of the other goals I have for 2012

Get back to doing the things I love:

  • Try at least 1 new recipe each week
  • Spend more time outside
  • Read 12 new books
  • Letterbox
  • Go on dates with Alex
  • Spend more quality time with friends and family
  • Pinterest projects once a month

Kick the bad juju out:

  • Quit smoking
  • Stop biting my nails

Get healthy in mind:

  • Write at least 3 times a week
  • Read at least 3 times a week
  • Take time for me through personal reflection and meditation

Get healthy in spirit:

  • Reflect on my blessings daily
  • Thank God for my blessings daily
  • Pray more, judge less
  • Allow room for spirituality in my life

Get healthy in body:

  • Begin the 128 lb weight loss journey (Goal of 75 lbs by the end of 2012)
  • Get active and workout 3 times a week
  • Eat healthier, live healthier
  • Be mindful of the things that I put into my body, and make healthy, well-balanced decisions daily
