2012 goals
As I have mentioned, this journey is about a lot more than weight loss. Here are some of the other goals I have for 2012
Get back to doing the things I love:
- Try at least 1 new recipe each week
- Spend more time outside
- Read 12 new books
- Letterbox
- Go on dates with Alex
- Spend more quality time with friends and family
- Pinterest projects once a month
Kick the bad juju out:
- Quit smoking
- Stop biting my nails
Get healthy in mind:
- Write at least 3 times a week
- Read at least 3 times a week
- Take time for me through personal reflection and meditation
Get healthy in spirit:
- Reflect on my blessings daily
- Thank God for my blessings daily
- Pray more, judge less
- Allow room for spirituality in my life
Get healthy in body:
- Begin the 128 lb weight loss journey (Goal of 75 lbs by the end of 2012)
- Get active and workout 3 times a week
- Eat healthier, live healthier
- Be mindful of the things that I put into my body, and make healthy, well-balanced decisions daily
